I ordered twice a latex mask. The selections options are large and they oder really a lot. The production time is adequate and even shorter than many of the European sellers offer. I have had 2 items from Latex Charms. A big boob catsuit in red and a mask with mouth piece and micro perforated eyes. As far as the products go, they are clearly made from high quality latex (they don't have the typical sweet smell you get from other Chinese manufacturers) very well glued and assembled with reinforcement patches at the high stress points. Speed of manufacture was pretty good. Well within the expectations of their European competitors. Communication was good, a bit slower on email, very quick via their social media channels. Will definitely be ordering more in the future
Do not buy from this company! Buyer Beware! They say they well refund you but they lie. They will keep trying to get away with not refunding you. It’s disgusting. It’s illegal. I put in an order and they got it completely wrong and I had written proof. They then wouldn’t refund me for the order even though they were in the wrong. They kept giving excuses. Saying how about this we give you this or give you that. I said I just want my refund as stated on the website as you made the completely wrong order. Such disgraceful customer service. They have left me with no choice but to take legal action against them to get my money back and to sue them for distress and time wasted. Huge warning against this company. As well the images on the site are stolen and not their own. Do a search you will see that they stole these images from other sites. Which in itself is illegal!

Latex Charms seems to have more options than any of its competitors. Many styles, many colors and thicknesses of latex (that's important), and the pricing is very very fair. I had a pair of high waisted pants made, and it's a really good piece. I went with 0.6 latex (a little thicker than the standard 0.4), center access zipper, bubblegum pink. But that said, I would size up. The wearer usually wears Women's XL pants, but the XXL was what fit her best. Still, the total turnaround time was two weeks! I ordered on the 6th of the month, and had it in my hands by the 22nd. Perhaps 5-7 days to make the garment, and the remaining days to ship to the EAST (i.e. farther) coast of the USA? Awesome. Communication from customer service was also excellent and friendly. So yes, by all means order from them. I'll be doing more business with them for sure.

Scam website. Got a product that looked nothing like the pictures online. Horrible quality. Emailed to confirm it would come before Halloween (order was placed Oct 6). They tried to tell me they were backed up because of a national holiday and that I would need to pay an extra $40 for expedited shipping. Even though the website production and shipping time said that my order would be delivered no later than Oct 20. Also refused to pay back the return shipping cost even though they were the ones that sent me a product that was inconsistent with the photo online. Edit: they did eventually refund me the shipping cost after seeing my initial review. Pros: emails were answered promptly Cons: literally everything else
