I think Laura Geller products, in general, are good. My issue is with what I feel is misleading advertising. For example, the text blasts often say “everything” is discounted by a certain percentage, but when you visit the website, many items are excluded. It would be much more accurate to say “most items” rather than “everything.” The commercials also advertise free shipping and returns without clearly mentioning the exceptions. In reality, free shipping doesn’t apply until you spend $45, and when I wanted to return an item, I was told I would be charged a $4.99 return fee. I have no problem with reasonable terms and conditions, but they should be clearly disclosed in the advertising rather than making the offer sound more inclusive than it actually is. I think transparency would go a long way toward maintaining customer trust. These issues have seriously tainted my trust in Laura Geller and may cause me to reconsider making any further purchases from the brand.

Love LG products! At 67, I have finally found makeup that doesn't crease in my wrinkles, is easy to apply and matches my skin tone. Arrives quickly and is very reasonably priced. Only remark is if you turn on text notifications you will get multiple daily messages - too much!!!!

I am now waiting for my third replacement order!! On 6/7/26 I placed an order, it never came Royal Mail said it was returned to sender, the replacement never came because they had sold out of two items so it didn’t get processed, the next replacement got shipped but no tracking so lost and I have just put in for fourth replacement for a wedding …… both frustrated and very annoyed!!!! If it doesn’t come I shall never purchase again from them

The products speak for themselves and are easy to apply and I am so pleased I purchased what I did. I must admit the constant sales and reduced prices whilst good for a couple of occasions, you certainly would not want to keep buying at the rate the emails would suggest. Until I have a need for further product I just swipe left on current emails and for that I am sorry.
