These loafers are absolutely terrible…
These loafers are absolutely terrible quality. They feel like they’re made out of paper, smell strongly of glue, and you can clearly see glue marks all over the stitching and edges. The craftsmanship is extremely poor and careless. On top of that, the product looks NOTHING like the photos on the website. These are completely different loafers, and even the color is wrong. In the pictures, the shoes appear to have a rich darker tone, but in reality they arrived in a washed-out light gray color with no resemblance to the advertised product. The seller also refuses to provide a prepaid return label and expects customers to pay expensive international return shipping costs themselves for falsely advertised products. Because of this, I will be proceeding with a dispute through my bank. Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this company.

Grabbed the trench after seeing it a couple times online and yeah, no regrets. Structure is clean, shoulders sit right and it gives that mature look without trying too hard.

Saw it in an ad and thought why not try. When it arrived it actually looked better in person, the fit was sharp and didn’t feel cheap at all. Been wearing it out a few times now and it just works with everything. Even got a random compliment which caught me off guard. Didn’t expect that from an online buy tbh.

Honestly this is the kind of menswear I’ve been looking for. Clean, simple, no loud branding just solid pieces that feel grown. The jacket sits well on the shoulders and gives that put together look without trying too hard. Already thinking of picking up another piece soon.

Been seeing this brand around and finally gave in. The trench coat looks really good, like properly structured and neat, not one of those cheap fast fashion ones. My partner even noticed it straight away which says a lot lol. stitching looks clean, no weird details or overdesign just simple and done right

Ordered the sweater in my usual size and it fits spot on. Soft fabric too, not itchy at all.
Looks designer without the designer price
Wore my coat to a dinner event and got asked where it was from twice, which never happens to me. The tailoring genuinely reminds me of high end brands but without the crazy price tag. Only thing I’d tweak is maybe a slightly thicker inner lining, but overall I’m impressed.

I’m between sizes and went with my usual, probably should’ve sized up. Still wearable but just slightly snug and Quality itself is very good!
Customer service was actually helpful
Had to exchange for a different size. They responded quickly and handled it professionally. That matters to me more than anything.

I’ve ordered two coats from Lavencio now and both exceeded my expectations, the fit is sharp without being tight and the material feels premium. It’s hard to find classic men’s pieces that don’t look outdated this hits that balance perfectly

DO NOT ORDER FROM LAVENCIO They chose a name and market it like they're a nice expensive Italian store or something. THIS SHIT IS STRAIGHT FROM CHINA. Cheap ass thin materials, NO BETTER THAN SHEIN. and they're charging premium prices. Do not order some here unless you want something shipped to you that is a COMPLETELY different color. This has happened twice now. I will say the customer support team is actually helpful, but I requested my money back for a $60 scarf that came the completely different color and there website says WORRY FREE ORDERING WE TAKE ALL RETURNS. But they don't, they won't let you send it back for free you have to pay to ship it back to china which is the cost of the item. Then they offer you a store credit for another shitty item. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND STRESS. Insanity. Ordered a green zip up with my "store credit" still had to pay $10 extra dollars for an item I didn't even want. It Is the shittiest, thinest, polyester. Horrible and its BROWN its supposed to be ARMY GREEN. Blatantly wrong. THESE PEOPLE ARE GETTING RICH RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. Oh and I forgot when I sent my original order through for ONE SCARF, they charged my credit card 4 TIMES for items I did not order so watch your bank statements.

Received wrong cost and they denied a refund
Ordered a coat, after what seemed like forever it arrived. Upon arrival the coat did not seem like the one I ordered but similar, however the fit and look were obviously changed. I emailed the company to request a refund due to different design and they told me it was a second or updated production, and that’s why the design was changed I requested a return label and a refund, and was being told that I can pay for my own shipping quoted between $30-$50 or a 50% refund, for a wrong coat. Do yourself a favor and stay away

Don't buy!
First of all, there is no information on the website stating that, in order to return an item, you must ship it back to Europe from the U.S., and the postage fee is equal to or even higher than the price you paid for the items. The representative insisted that, for a small fee, I would receive a size up instead. I did not like the quality of the sweaters—there is no sizing information on them and no details about the materials. After a month, I received the “size up” sweaters. There are no labels on them, so I measured them myself. The M and L sizes are identical. I strongly suspect all of them are the same size. On top of that, the wool quality is extremely poor—there was so much static electricity that it sparked when I took the sweaters out of the bag. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too much. It was a complete waste of money.
