I haven't purchased anything yet! I ordered three bar stools, but sent them back because I ordered the wrong size. I can tell you about the return experience. They take returns. The returns are very (VERY) expensive. The customer service reps are very helpful, but it still costs an arm and a leg.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Delivery should have happened by now - then after I ordered it, I emailed to confirm the expected delivery was accurate because I needed for a party - then I emailed 2 more times for a status and the table sat and now is supposed to be delivered next week, after I needed it.

I found the item I was looking for and the price was what I was expecting. Shipping was fairly quick and the local delivery service here in the Hudson Valley of NY was excellent. Oh, the chairs are perfect for the room I put them and they are very comfortable.
