We ordered a beautiful side board. Took awhile to get here ( mostly weather related). Upon arriving and unpacking we noticed some damage. I contacted the company and they were very responsive and apologetic. They offered us a few options. Once we chose an option it was resolved very quickly.

Loved the pouf which I originally purchased at NFM in the summer for use outside on our porch. We loved it so much that we wanted another for our living room. It took quite a bit of searching online before I discovered Layla Grace. I couldn't believe you were in Lawrence. We're in KC.
We're recovering the second pouf to go with our living room furniture and are all excited to get this completed so we have one for inside in the winter and another to use outside in the summer. I'm curious if your shop in Lawrence is open to the public?

The Ziva runner is very pretty and true to the online photo. It arrived with an extremely musty, old odor. It must have been rolled up in a warehouse for a very long time, it has large lumps/humps that have not smoothed out after several weeks of being unrolled. I would appreciate suggestions on how to eliminate the humps.

Great UX! Competitive Prices.
Buying online is challenging, especially for higher dollar items. Most retailers have the same UI. So what’s the difference with Layla Grace? For me it was being able to speak 1:1 with someone who was able to explain the product characteristics that goes beyond brand marketing gibberish; it made sense, e.g., this fabric is soft. Secondly their shipping communication was timely & focused. Note, I’m a bit biased because simultaneously I had ordered a similar chair from another vendor & the UX wasn’t close. Thanks LG!
