In your state, once the annual fee has been submitted (unless you qualify for a waiver), the card is mailed and received within 1-2 weeks. I completely understand how important it is for you to receive your card so that you can access your medication. They were extremely fast and professional! Got my certification not even a hr after I applied for it and I’ve been referring people!

There was a snafu in getting my card; reached out their customer service was top-notch and they got it taken care of very quickly, so I got my card nearly as fast as I expected.

In your state, after approval, the state sends an email with the digital certification/card needed to purchase your medication at your local dispensary. If the certification/card has not been received, outreach to the state may be needed. I will notify our escalations team and ask that one of them reach out to you to assist.
