What people say
Top notch
The customer service, quality of the product, and production speed were all top notch! After inquiring about custom-sized brackets for an almost 300 year old wooden beam I acquired, I was met with quick responses to my emails and questions, given a quick turn around time, and excellent product that worked perfectly and looks fantastic! 10/10 recommend this company!
Real deal craftsmanship, super impressive work
It’s honestly so refreshing to buy something nowadays that feels like it was actually built to last. Legacy Handcraft does not mess around when it comes to quality! The item I received feels super sturdy, heavy duty, and the attention to detail is just awesome. The wood finish is smooth as silk and looks fantastic on display. Shipped out way faster than expected and was packed with tons of bubble wrap so zero chance of damage in the mail. If you appreciate authentic handmade work from people who actually care about their craft, this is the spot. Super happy with my purchase!
I love the shelves I ordered
I love the shelves I ordered. Although they were not the color I'd hoped for, they provided the information for me to return them. I'd think twice about ordering something with color limitations in the future because the cost to return them was high. I should have ordered the samples you offer. I think you offering samples is a great idea. I should have been more patient and ordered them.

Great product with very responsive customer service
Extremely responsive customer service. Well built and beautiful Murphy bed. Cannot comment on assembly as we had someone assemble it for us but Legacy did include a video and written notes on how to assemble. I would definitely recommend!
