Unfortunately, they do not use the payroll provider my job has. I appreciate that it clearly listed out what I can do instead. This whole process just took a couple of hours. They even responded back to my “uploaded file” email. They se to be a great company.

I submitted all my documents and did not get any type of confirmation so I called the customer service line and spoke with Manidipa, she was amazing! Turns out my ID didn’t upload so they still needed it. Within 5 minutes I had it taken care of, she approved all my documents and my loan was available! She was so nice and helpful!
