DO NOT BUY: Leonisa refuses returns on sealed, unopened items and hides behind a fake “hygiene” policy

I spent $143.80 on six shaper panties from Leonisa. I opened one to try on—it cut into my skin, rode up, and was one of the most uncomfortable garments I've ever worn. The other five are still factory-sealed in their original packaging, never touched by a human being. When I tried to return them within Leonisa's 30-day window, their system rejected my request citing "hygiene reasons." For sealed items. That have never been opened. I emailed customer service twice. Both times I got scripted form letters refusing to make any exception "under any circumstances." They offered a 25% coupon instead of my $112 back. Their own return policy says 30 days, perfect condition, tags attached—these items meet every requirement. But Leonisa hides behind a blanket "hygiene" excuse that makes zero sense for products still in factory-sealed plastic. It's not a hygiene policy—it's a no-refund-ever policy in disguise. Meanwhile, their website advertises "100% satisfaction guaranteed," which is a flat-out lie. The product itself is also terrible. The sizing is off, the material digs into your legs, is loose around the waist, and what is unbearable is that it rides up constantly. I've filed complaints with the BBB, the Florida Attorney General, the Georgia Attorney General, and I'm pursuing a payment dispute. Do not buy shapewear from this company unless you're certain you'll keep it, because if you don't like it, you're stuck—even if you never open the package.

Terrible customer service

I ordered several items, and while the package was marked as delivered, it was left unattended on the street in front of my building rather than in a secure location. Given the heavy foot traffic and busy nature of the area, this was not a safe place to leave a package. When I reported the package as missing, customer service refused to take responsibility for the delivery issue and provided an unhelpful response instead of attempting to resolve the matter. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and professionalism shown in handling this situation. I expected a more reasonable effort to address a delivery that was clearly left in an unsafe location.

BUYER BE VERY AWARE! CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY. Thin, rough and cheap material. The material is not comfortable or soft like a bra should be. It feels more like lining material than material that should be in direct contact with some of women's most sensitive parts. The cups are improperly shaped and leave wrinkles on the sides of the breasts. Absolutely no padding at the nipples so they show right through. The front closure bulges out and you can see this long lump down between the breasts. Does not look attractive or normal. Sides roll as soon as you move even slightly. Do not buy this bra!! Complete waste of money and not worth the $75 I paid. Tried to do a return and I was instantly rejected for return. Do not believe their 100% Returns.

Never again!!!

Never again!!! This company is keeping my money I ordered 3 items and only received one and they’re putting it on me to figure out where the item is. It’s outrageous the customer service and the audacity. I don’t recommend it at all plus their products are cheap looking and feel. I had placed an order I needed the beige one that never arrive to go to a party I had in a few months. Horrible customer service!!

Beware of the Return Policy

They do not allow returns or exchanges for certain items. Nowhere on their site did I see this information, and I found out when I attempted to exchange the item for a different size. I asked for a one time exception as a first time customer, which they declined. This was my first purchase with them and it will unfortunately be my last.

I ordered a bra from them. It took forever to be delivered. It was unfortunately too big for me so I tried to process a return and they told I could not return it! Be very careful ordering from this company.

This company scams their customers!

This company is a scam! I ordered body shapewear and returned it because I tried it on and it was too small. They cancelled my return saying it was in unsatisfactory hygienic condition and attached a picture of shape wear with what looks like fresh vaginal discharge on it. So gross and not mine. I didn't even try it on without underwear and had it on for 10 seconds. Further to that, any woman knows what fresh vaginal discharge looks like and dried up. You're going to tell me this stayed fresh for over a week??? They are scammers and just don't want to give me my money back and it's a disgusting way to go about it. I'm not some dirty person.

I purchased about 20 panties for the past 15 years and most of them run open in the back. I contacted supervisor and send images, but they seem did not want to help and comes up with tons of excuses. I have purchased multiple bras, and they have been really comfortable and durable! I have never had any issue with them, and it's the brand I trust the most for my underwear.

Bra bands roll/Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! Purchased 2 bras from this company. After wearing them once, both bra bands rolled in between the underwire. Was told to send them back by customer service for a refund. Once they received the bras back, was told that they would not give a refund because they were worn! Buyer beware!

The product I ordered was "simply comfortable" stretch boyshorts. Let me say, the idea of simply comfortable should be something that has flex and lets you move. What the product seems to be is a girdle. Very firm, no give to the material and as for being a boy short, no. They just don't live up to the description. The site promises a 100% free return. I started a return process, and it got flagged as ineligible for return. This was NOT noted before I bought them, or I never would have paid for something I didn't know if it would fit or not. I emailed them, asking to at least be able to exchange, I don't need a refund, I want something I can actually wear. I am not hopeful though. Reading reviews, those who are not happy are never answered by customer service, so I will give it a few days, but for now, I would say do not order from this company, they do not seem to keep their promises of 100% free returns. I am very upset.

I bought 2 sizes to see what would fit best, wanting to return the size that’s too big…and then knowing my size, was planning to purchase more products.
