is lets roam still operating
i have bought several passes and went to use them and the app is not working. i tried calling and using the online chat. Not sure i am chatting online with a real person because the messages every time i log on are essentially the same. that there is no update on the status. UPDATE after 30 minutes online today i did get a call back. i will wait to see if the problem is resolved and a complimentary ticket is issued Update 2 Thank you to Roam for a very satisfactory response and the complimentary ticket.
