Purchased software about 6 months ago. Finally got around to installing it. The process glitched which required me to contact customer service. With in 10 minutes the issue was solved due to their great response!....wonderful customer service
License needed adjusting
I had several issues with my license because my new computer died and I had to get it replaced. When I went to reload the license I had purchased it wouldn't work. Over a period of a day and a half, John walked me through things to try and gave detailed instructions on where to go and how to do what he was asking. I finally had success!

Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase of an MS Office key. The product key worked as expected, and customer support was quick to help when I needed assistance. I do think the listing could be a little clearer that the license is for a single device activation, as I don't remember that at all. Unfortunately, my laptop overheated and became unusable a little over a year after I purchased it and only had the product key for a few months. I really appreciate the offer of a replacement key so I could get Microsoft Office up and running on my new computer. Thank you for the great customer service and for standing behind your product!

I bought the 2024 Microsoft package and had difficulty loading it onto my Laptop. The Customer Service support is exceptional and provided clear and easy to follow instructions in how to uninstall the existing programmes from my laptop. There was a further issue with accessing the files and again fast response from John solved it . The product is great ,at a fraction of the cost if you don’t need the very latest version ,and the support provided is first class.
