I have used this group before to purchase Microsoft Office for Mac 2019 and now a second version Office 2024 for Mac, when Microsoft discontinued support for the 2019 version. I bought Microsoft Office 2024 home version and I ran into issue of installing the license. I emailed the helpline and John was very helpful with the clear troubleshooting instructions. After 2 emails my office got installed smoothly and work normal. Yeah I wasn’t sure if they actually work but it was better than I expected
