I purchased the Microsoft Office 2024…
I purchased the Microsoft Office 2024 Standard for Mac. The download and installation process were very simple and well explained in the instruction manual coming with the purchase. The only problem I encountered had nothing to do with the software installation itself. I needed to return the first copy of a refurbished MacBook M1 to the retailer. The replacement arrived more than a week later. Initially, I was concerned that for license terms reasons I would not be able to re-install the software on the next machine. The Groupon team was very helpful and supportive. The installation process was as easy as in the first case. Many thanks to the team. I have been using the company for previous Office version. I never had a problem. Summary: Highly recommended.

Best Customer Service
I got Office 2024 and was so hard for me to install. But I finally got it installed. A month later it didn’t work and wanted me to pay. I sent a short email to Licensechoice and they sent me new instructions. I still had problems, so they sent me pictures and instructions. It took several emails but it was so easy. I am so thankful for their customer service support! Thank you John!

This was a great deal with great support
This was a great deal (office 2024 desktop standard) though I did have several issues with it and my PC in that it needed to be downloaded three separate times in one month just to make it "stick". Despite that, the support I received from John each time was stellar - prompt, thorough, and caring that it worked correctly. Thank you!

Customer service kept helping but every…
Customer service kept helping but every licence key i received from them we're not valid. After hours of trying, fresh installs, some sketchy methods to try and activate Windows 11 Pro N, i gave up and bought a licence key from gamers-outlet.net (which worked flawlessly). Edit: To respond to the reply below; on the website of groupon, it was never explicitly explained that a pro licence does not work for 'Pro N'. Customer service explain that this key would not work and gave me a new key to try and activate my 'Pro N' install. The new key did not work, the second key did not work, and eventually the third key did not work as well. I followed all your instructions, including trying without internet, reboot and then reconnect to internet, another fresh install, multiple CMD commands to provide you all details you requested, nothing worked. This eventually let me believe that all the keys provided dedicated for these 'Pro N' versions as we're stated by customer service, we're invallid. A new key bought from a different source activated my copy without any issues, while all your methods did not. I do appreciate your effort in trying to resolve the issue but if the key would be valid we would not have had this issue.

During troubleshooting, we found that your device was running Windows 11 Pro N, which is a different edition of Windows. License keys are edition-specific, so a Windows 11 Pro key will not activate Windows 11 Pro N. This is why the original key appeared not to work. To help resolve the issue, our support team offered a replacement Windows 11 Pro N key at no additional cost, even though this was different from the product originally purchased.
