Not all the parts were delivered, and nobody will reach back out to me
My shipment wants send to my home the 1st time. Had to wait longer than expected and didn't hear back with new shipping date or anything. Eventually bought the same tool In town then I received mine after.

When I ordered the material it said it would be a 3-5 day shipping which matched my construction schedule. Once ordered I was given a tracking information and the compression cell was sent to Longbeach CA. on 12/19/2025 instead of Jefferson WI. Upon inquiry, I was informed that this was incorrect and the compression cell would not ship until 4/21/2026 when it had been ordered on 12/15/2025. I have inquired about expaditing or canceling the order, but Nadera from LES USA has not gone silent in the past 4 days. DO NOT ORDER FROM LES USA.

The initial tracking information you received was generated in error and did not reflect the final shipment details. Unfortunately, once we confirmed the manufacturer’s availability, the lead time was longer than originally anticipated. This is not the level of service we strive to provide. Products were ordered and paid for with Next Day Air for shipping. The products were send out Ground taking over a week to receive. Tried calling and emailing multiple times to get this fixed as products were needed ASAP. Took them over 3-days to respond just for them to say they cant do anything and blamed it on their vendor.
