Great price and fast delivery. Unfortunately, one of the units does not hold pressure and the table drops when it is supposed to be locked in position.

I dislike the fact that some of my slings are not the right length. 4 of my purple are 10ft longer than they should be, and I also have a shorter blue set. I verified it by the order confirmation receipt, so the mistake is on LES. Not pleased with that. However the product itself looks good.

We were missing a spring from the 55-gallon drum barrel lifter that we ordered. The e-mail about it with the corresponding parts list that showed the missing spring, was never answered.

Alan - we are sorry that you are not satisfied with your winch. In reviewing this, we see that you had a discussion on March 27th with Brad in our sales department. Brad had informed you that 100' cable will not work on the manual winch. Cutting the cable would lead to having no swaged end for attachment to the winch. You had indicated that you could resolve this issue. You had asked that we continue to fulfill the order as originally entered. Per our records this is the last interaction we had on the subject.
