I called about an extention downrod for a ceiling fan I had bought. Olivia was a great help. When what I needed wasn't in stock she called the manufactor to see if we could get it. She got it and saved the day!

Overall great experience! Ordered a light fixture, it was delivered within its originally stated range in great condition. It would have been helpful to be notified that there would be a "soft pull" on the credit card weekly between order and delivery to make sure the payment method was still valid, and there was a bit of confusion with the delivery method and being asked to "help" unload a 100lb pallet upon delivery, but the company resolved it without issue. Would have been a 5-star experience without those two items. Customer service was quick to respond and very helpful with questions!

Sent mismatching parts in what was supposed to be a matched pair of lights. Many many emails and calls later I have no idea if and when this will be fixed. Frustrating.
