We rented tablecloths 8 yrs ago and they were good quality, although I had to reach out to them multiple times to get the deposit back. This time they had no rental option, so we bought them since it was a reasonable price. The quality was much worse with the tablecloths being very thin and semi-transparent. I reached out to return them, but 2 weeks later, have not heard from them. Now reading the return policy, I have to pay for shipping, won't be refunded for any opened (bag was only opened to see quality, not taken out at the time) and there is a 10-20% restocking fee. With all of that, it's not worth returning and I will have sell them privately.

Linentablecloth has been specializing in the sale of professional-grade tablecloths since 2006. Approximately 8 to 9 years ago, we did briefly experiment with offering rental services; however, due to logistical challenges and other operational costs, we quickly discontinued that line of business. We have maintained long-standing partnerships with our manufacturing facilities for over a decade to ensure consistency across our fabrics—specifically regarding weave structure, weight, color, and overall quality. Given that tablecloths are relatively heavy items with very thin profit margins, and shipping costs are a major cost to our company which can quickly cause us to lose money, we are unable to offer free returns to our customers. Furthermore, the 10–20% restocking fee we charge is determined based on the specific items returned and their condition—a practice that aligns with the standard return policies of other e-commerce retailers. Our purchase prices are cheaper than renting from a party rental company, so I don't think giving us a 1 star review is fair, and it greatly damages a small family-run compnay like ours.
My order came quickly and the tablecloths were a very high quality! We stained them quickly so I’d love tips on getting spots out, but stains were our doing and we’ll just arrange table settings to hide them for future use.
I’m back to order another color for a different event!
I was denied a refund on over $100 worth of UNUSED, UNOPENED chair covers, all because of a very small discounted price. RIDICULOUS

These tablecloths will work well for their purpose
I'm not giving five stars because part of my order wasn't included in the shipment and I had to reach out to get it sent later. However everything was speedily remedied so the timing of when I needed my table clothes wasn't affected. That said these tablecloths are appropriate for the price and will serve their purpose. They will be used for one event and then passed on.
A quality item that looks great, launders and irons well. It made the well used collapsable banquet tables at our facility look fantastic for a conference we hosted. It’s nice to know quality can still be found.
I order from you periodically for my church. I ordered some table cloths but didn’t realize the cut was too short; 90in vs 108in. I missed the 30 day return because I ordered them earlier than I needed them. I have to keep them (never opened them and make it work , no refund policy is extremely strict.
