The table cloths were good quality and in plastic liners but the box was heavy and arrived completely destroyed. Luckily the table cloths weren't damaged.

We're sorry, but we haven't had phone service for many years. Most ecommerce companies, Amazon included, no longer provide phone service because of the cost it adds to products. If we provided phone customer service it would greatly increase our staff requirements, training requirements, etc. But we do strive to provide chat and email communication as best we can. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you can understand that we feel keep our prices as low as possible is worth the sacrifice made not providing phone service.

Took way too long to receive, got them AFTER the event I ordered them for. When I tried to return them they charged me $21 for a return shipping label, did not refund the $8.99 to ship to me and charged a 20% restocking fee for returning. It would have cost me $50 to return. I paid $72.00 my refund would have only been for $22.00 What a rip off !’nnn

The tracking clearly shows that any delay occurred after the package left our facility and was entirely on the carrier’s end. You paid $8.99 for shipping, and we fulfilled that service by shipping your order out promptly. The delivery timeline after pickup is outside of our control. As of January 1st, our updated return policy includes a 20% restocking fee for refunds to the original payment method or a 10% restocking fee if you choose store credit.
