Great automation tool, saves a lot of time, drives consistency in approach. Very solid tech, never falls over. Fantastic support, seems to be always online, real people in real time. No idea how this is possible. Only slight reservation is that there's a lot of complexity and it takes some learning. But the capabilities are remarkable, so it's worth it. Amazing value for the price. Just do it.
