I purchased the split neck midi dress…
I purchased the split neck midi dress in fern green. I wore it to church this past Sunday and my church siblings loved it. I finished the dress with a beautiful fascinator to complete the look. It did take awhile to arrive but it was worth the wait.

Slick marketing, nice designs, low-quality material, terrible returns process
I fell for the slick marketing on social media - but I think the brand management is running way ahead of the product. I ordered several (not cheap) items because everything looked so beautiful. Thought was a US company with a UK base. Didn't realise everything is drop-shipped straight from China. Returned everything but one top: - Although lovely designs, the quality of fabric (linen) was very thin. Photos on socials and web don't show that. - Very difficult to track parcel, and took long time to arrive. - Frustratingly difficult returns process - no address, have to go through at least three boiler-plate email responses offering you lots of different options to keep the items. - Not all the items are natural fabrics (which seems to be their USP!). - The one item I kept was marketed as"bamboo viscose and Mongolia cashmere", but the label said "Cashmere and wool". Which is it? Was lovely and soft though, so kept that one. Am now suspicious of all the rave reviews here from folk who have only done 1-2 reviews previously. There seems to be a very active and focused marketing campaign behind this company. FYI, for UK returns, in case that's of use to anyone here. I FINALLY got the return address as being: Return warehouse address: 16 Ash Bridge Court, Rednal, Birmingham, B45 8EP, England FAO: Samantha Zhan You have to also email them your parcel tracking number and tell them exactly which items you are returning. Was originally just going to give 1 star, but to give them credit, once I went through all the palaver of getting the stuff back to them, the money was back into my account within a couple of days which is much quicker than other online clothing companies I've used. So not a scam. Just not the brand values they market.

Summer dress
I received my dress but unfortunately it was too big for me. I contacted customer support to initiate a return. The support was fantastic. I was offered different options ranging from a full refund to a store credit. I was very pleased with the outcome.

I am writing this review a little reluctantly as I don't want for things I like to sell out, but I also would like this company to always be around. The fabric, the structure, the fit, the colors, the way they are make, the buying and exchanging process, it is all excellent! They certainly have me as a client forever. Something I think customers forget to do, and should always do before ordering is to read items descriptions, measurements and reviews because it gives a clear picture on the size you should order. I bought some tops M, others S, and they all fit great! Happy Shopping!

Beautiful products of excellent quality
I have ordered at least 10 products so far, and all of them are of excellent quality and beautiful designs. Products are soft and pleasant to wear, also easy to wash and last for long. I have some tops for 2-3 years and they are still beautiful. Orders arrived relatively quickly. I love Lintico designs and quality!
