Where do I even start? From the very beginning our experience was amazing. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from them, and when it came time to look at wedding bands, I came to the site. I was given various options that matched my description of what I was looking for. They were so helpful and tentative to every question I had. We eventually decided on one particular design. It was beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. They were so helpful throughout the whole process. From the time of purchase to production, and shipping, everything was fast (2 weeks) and I had the ring in hand and it was even more beautiful in person.

In 2024, when I wanted to propose around Christmas they had a great deal and I was able to buy a nice lab grown diamond ring at the fraction of the price compared to the competitors and my partner to this day loves the ring, she finds herself looking at it often. This year, i ended up buying her wedding band from them after contacting them and consulting with them regarding the best design and curvature. The first delivery came through really early but with the wrong curvature, they paid me to ship it back and sent the new piece before they even received the wrong one. Received the new one before expected delivery and it is perfect now. If you’re looking for great customer service, best value for money and good designs then Lisa Jewelry is the place!
I purchased a beautiful ring that was a match to what my fiance desired. This website was one of the only places I could find a princess cut diamond for a great price. The ring was beautiful and my friend loved it! She even liked how sturdy it felt! My only downside to it was you couldn't really see the engraving on the recommended width band size. But overall the experience, customer service, and product were wonderful! Thank you

Great communication creating a custom ring for a great price, there were no issues when I asked for a change in design. I was nervous ordering my wedding ring without ever seeing it but is gorgeous, I am so impressed! Only negative feedback as that this was delivered via Evri so just left outside my door on the floor, luckily it wasn’t stolen and not the fault of the company but a more reliable or a signed for delivery would be amazing as an option if possible in the future.
Got the custom arch perfect! I had requested a custom shaped wedding ring to fit the gorgeous engagement ring my fiancee had picked out and they got the shape just right! I took pictures but cant seem to find a way to upload them to the review
Everything went smooth, ground/standard shipping takes approximately 2 weeks. When I did a follow up 2 weeks after, they sent a tracking number and the order arrived later that day.
