After I made an error, customer service was quick and helpful...
After ordering a custom ring I realized that I had made a fairly large error with regard to sizing. I am talking a difference of 3 whole ring sizes, not just a, 'well it is a little snug' sort of deal. It only took a single email to get things sorted out and have the error corrected with just a single day turnaround. I'll update this review when the ring arrives, but, so far I have been very happy with the way I've been taken care of and I've got high expectations for the delivery.

I love my ring INSERT it gives a nice compliment to my tanzanite ring & keeps the stone in place . It is beautiful & I love that they were able to make the curvature in it to fit my stone just right !

Website is easy to navigate and find what you’re looking for, pricing is fantastic and the pieces are immaculate. Customer service is also top notch and super responsive, the only downside I would say is no up front info that I saw of lead times etc other than that you cannot lose when buying from Lisa jewelry!

Really loved the experience! The ring looks phenomenal! Only thing I would’ve changed was a little communication when the ring was in the creating process, like just a couple of updates as it was coming along. But other than that love the ring and had a good experience! Along with the response time when I did reach out being fairly quick!

Very happy with the product, it’s gorgeous! I would definitely recommend. One critique is the order processing time is long for engraved product. Which is fine, but the order processing time is buried in the site so those expectations were not clear to me when ordering. For a bit I was mildly concerned this company was a scam. That being said, when I reached out for status I got a quick & helpful response. Consider adding processing time to the PDP and order confirmation email to remove doubt.
