Took 3.5 months from date of order to delivery for a small coffee table. Communication generic until I said advise me if problem, confirm delivery or refund me. Product arrived 5 days later as advised in last email to me. Product was as advertised, solid wood and in good condition. Delighted and relieved. Would have ordered again as price and quality excellent, but my nerves would not allow me. After consideration and personal experience I can only give a 3 star review. I have bought from China before with no issue but products always sent via air and not sea. I may have been lucky on this occasion with this company, but overall....I won't be buying from this company again.
I ordered a light fitting on Christmas Eve 2024. After placing the order I had a bad feeling and read the reviews for Litfad. My heart sank and figured my £230 was gone. Today I received my light fitting, 21 March 2025, in good condition and ready to go. I’m shocked and pleased but won’t count my chickens until it’s up and working. Would I order again from Litfad??? No, probably not, it’s a bit of a gamble.
Website looks professional, the track and trace is reliable. The product sold is a joke, drop shipped straight from China (hence a 6-8 delivery time) with misleading pictures. The description and pictures indicate solid wood, instead I got a bunch of light planks hardly holding together. Avoid.
I ordered a table at the end of November. Item was being delivered in three parcels. One was delivered in December and the other two have never arrived. Customer service are terrible require pictures of one package. I have requested a full refund and keep getting the runaround. please don’t deal with this company as their customer service is very poor and they use automated replying services.
Well…… I ordered on 14/01….. then I read the reviews, and began to wonder what I had done…. Fast forward to today, DPD have just delivered the cute chest of drawers which I had ordered for my bathroom….. isn’t the best quality if I’m honest, but was well packaged and delivered with no faults….. As I said, it’s not the greatest quality for the money, but I suppose part of me just feels a little bit relieved that I have received anything, judging by the reviews I have read ! Well packaged with corner protectors on the packaging…. All in all I’d give it a 7/10 .
Pros and cons The good - i love the end table i purchased. It's a fairly unique design and is exactly what i needed. Looks great assembled. The bad - the box arrived broken open and with no instructions. There were eleventy-billion parts. Customer service was non-existent, including their 24-hour chat help. The particle board it's made of is super soft so I don't know how well this will hold up. The parts were all cheaply made. So, here's the thing - I was able to get it assembled by referring to the pictures on their sales site and going slow. I've done a lot of these - not sure how someone with zero experience at these would do. I ordered this on sale and, now that I've seen the low quality of the parts, even at over 50% off, i STILL overpaid. It took forever to get here but i did know that going in - their site was very clear about that. I should have noticed that they don't allow reviews on their site - big red flag.

Wow this is an eye opening ordered 11k worth of chairs months ago. Not working tracking numbers. No carrier names or weird to figure. Should I call my credit card company yet? Would that work ?
when I received the desk after 2 months I found that the desk top was broken on one corner. I ask for a replacement and they said they would send one with a tracker number. nothing or tracker been received. I contacted PayPal and they got onto them, they said they would send one, still nothing and PayPal don't want to know anymore. emailed them again and again don't answer anymore.
We ordered a queen loft bed. We ordered early December and just received our items. The third party delivery service was HORRENDOUS to deal with. It was automated with no one to speak to. They delivered part of the item on the agreed date but way outside of the delivery window. THEN tried to deliver the heavy piece the next day. No one was prepared. We live in NYC and a COI - that was a debacle to try to get. They then tried to deliver the item again without a completed COI. It was an absolute disaster start to finish. We are putting the bed together - there are so many scratches. OH - and there are ZERO instructions on how to put the bed together. It is very much a "figure it out" chore. Looks like it was put together and returned several times. Between dings and scratches and dents - the quality is totally garbage. I wish I read reviews before purchasing. Stay away if you are reading this.
Sadly my order didn't manage to get dispatched. The customer service response time and service I received was very good. I received a full refund within the time frame. Sad it didn't come to fruition. But maybe that may have been a good thing, judging by the previous reviews. I've based my 4 star rating on the customer service I received.
Really disappointed with the quality of the desk we ordered. It arrived 3wks late but to be fair to Litfad they did respond with tracking details when I contacted them so I was aware in advance that the original delivery date was not going to be met. The desk is made of very cheap materials and I doubt it is going to last for very long before it starts to chip and weaken. Wish I had read everyone’s reviews before I ordered ☹️

As long as you’re not in a hurry for your item, you might consider Litfad. We purchased a sink from them. It actually was on a slow boat from china. But it arrived was as described and fit perfectly. Quality was good and a few worries if it was really legit, and it was. I will order again from them. Thanks
Ordered then waited for 2 months for it to be delivered. Read the reviews after I ordered, which scared me a lot, however I’m more than happy with the quality and it was easy to build. I had no idea it had come from China, but it’s sturdy and all the bits, bolts are screws were in the packaging. They do need to work on their delivery times though.
Ordered 4 bar stools to the UK. Litfad should be more upfront that they are shipping from China on a boat and it takes month to get your stuff. Their website makes it seem like they are based in the UK and have good delivery times. There is nothing on the website that would lead you to believe it is going to take 2 to 3 months for your order to arrive. Having said that my order did arrive eventually (took almost 3 months), and I'm happy with the stools, they are decent quality and look like the pictures on the website.
Please don’t buy any think so hard to get refund and to return the item back the item I bought wasn’t as good a thought it look on pictures so I been asking for few months know to return get refund but still Nothink they kept coming back saying give me 30 percent back then 40 percent back but said a won’t full refund but not getting any where every thing take long to arrive and if you don’t like it you be lucky to get your money back not had very good service this been goin on since it arrived around November so disappointed as a like look of few things for my house but a never buy again
