Las instrucciones a seguir son comprobaciones para obtener la mejor calidad de llamada desde la aplicación; (1) Asegúrese de tener instalada la ultima version de la aplicación. (2) Asegúrese de que el dispositivo que está utilizando tenga actualizado el software más reciente. (3) Asegúrese de que su conexión a Internet tenga una buena velocidad de carga y descarga (al menos 100 kbps) y de que este conectado a nuestros servidores. (4) Asegúrese de configurar su identificador de llamadas para el uso de la aplicación. The vast majority of problems actually occur due to a weak telecommunication network the person has in the destination country you are trying to reach when calling landline numbers, especially during peak hours. Keep in mind that sometimes calls can fail due to lack of coverage if you call cell phone numbers. However, some changes have been made in the way of connecting your calls to your account to avoid problems in the future. Whenever you encounter such problems, the best way to have them fixed is by reaching out to Customer Service agents so that they can place tests. Very Confusing to make a call
The process to make the call was very confusing. It asked for a pin/ID number which I had no clue of what it was.. had to search to the website to figure it out. Then there’s the option to bypass the whole process of dialling a local number but that also was not available to everyone. The process is simply too complicated for people who simply want to make their call. I recommend you simplify this, or make the instruction process more clear.

Hello John, Thank you for your comment. Entering the PIN can easily be skipped by activating the PINless dialling feature on your account. If you are not using the service for a long time, this feature is deactivated and once you make the first call you will be asked to enter the PIN number just once to reactivate it. our agents have sent you an email with details of another feature to help you dial even faster.
