The vast majority of problems actually occur due to a weak telecommunication network the person has in the destination country you are trying to reach when calling landline numbers, especially during peak hours. Keep in mind that sometimes calls can fail due to lack of coverage if you call cell phone numbers. Service is not great. Calls get disconnected constantly, or cannot hear. Many times calls don't connect at all.

Most of the time can not.make a direct call. It always appears a window informing that my internet is not enough strong, but that is not true because I can use WhatsUp, Zoom or any other apps!! Disappointed!
