The meat was delivered on time and has bee excellent. We have used several different cuts and had a great flavor and very tender. One of the best steaks ever!!
Beautiful cut of meat
The meat came well packed and still frozen. I love the cooler bags that come with the larger orders, but the one that I received this time has the zipper upside down.

The perfect gift
So happy to have ordered Lone Mountain Wagyu beef jerky several years ago, when my son was away at college and finding high protein, enjoyable treats to send him had proved difficult. He loves it and was happy he received it again for Christmas. I also gifted it to my daughter’s bf, and it looks like I’ll be ordering more for birthdays and holidays this year, too.
Customer service
Unfortunately, the delivery company was delayed with my order and it showed up unthawed which made it non edible. Sent an email with pictures and Lone Mountain reshipped the same order within a week. Very good customer service
