I've had better. Quality is less than it was expecting.
Didn't like the cut off the filets and the jerky is way to salty. Ribeyes have a lot more fat content than I'm use to.

My First Time
Fast and on-time delivery. The jerky I would never purchase again because it is way too salty and not in a good way. Ribeyes, Filets, and Burgers look good. I would have liked a better, cleaner cut on the filets.

Fast delivery as usual
Lab Grown Meat?
First time customer, and ordered a wagyu sirloin tip roast. Slow cooked to 130 degrees internal, let it rest, and sliced it. This roast was inedible due to toughness so I decided to cook it to 140 and thin slice it for BBQ sandwiches. Still no luck. The meat had a decidedly odd flavor and a texture that resembled something that would come out of a Bill Gates lab. I have been cooking my entire life, and we are long time customers of Snake River Farms, never disappointed, yet I have never seen a piece of meat like this. My wife wouldn't touch it, and I ended up feeding it to the buzzards. As an aside, I also ordered a tri-tip which we have not tried as of yet.
Cut Quality lacking
Unfortunately the Cut and meat quality is not what you expect from “Wagyu” or a high dollar price tag.

Outstanding tritip
The tritip I got from Lone Mt were outstanding! The marbling was very impressive but the taste and tenderness was off the chart. I seasoned with Original Tatonka Dust then Isous vided the roast at 130°F for 2 hours before giving the tri tip a crust over a very hot charcoal fire to sear. Perfection for sure. I was more impressed by the tri tip than I was bythe ribeyes.
