The delivery was completely frozen with no indications of thaw. The product was everything as expected extremely tender ribeye. The chopped wagyu beef was made into hamburgers. The burgers cooked thoroughly all the way through similar to Buffalo chopped meat.

Proper care was not insured in shipping. I don’t feel that perishable items should be sent via two day shipping. I ordered a Wagyu Tomahawk which shipped on the 18th, arrived at my UPS depot on the 20th, was not able to be delivered because of weather, and was then not re-delivered until the AFTERNOON of the 24th. The Tomahawk was warm to the touch, the dry ice evaporated. The 1-800 number on the invoice was for a medical device sales service, and NOT for Lone Mountain Wagyu. I finally got in touch with them via e-mail, and the Tomahawk was refunded. Hence the two stars.
