I’ve ordered a number of glasses from Look Optic - o issues, completely satisfied. An email from Look Optic indicated I could receive a free Travel Case with my next order. Oops, I did not read it carefully and my glasses arrived with no Travel Case. I sent an email to Look Optic regarding my error. I received a prompt response which included a satisfactory remedy 😊.
Andy was prompt, friendly, and solution-oriented. I had an excellent customer service experience.

I LOVE my Muse readers, so far I’ve ordered three pairs. Last week I accidentally broke a pair and when I inquired about repair options they graciously replaced my pair as I only had them For a few months. Amazing product and customer service! Definitely will purchase again!

What made my experience Fantastic was that I called, left a voice message and within an hour, I received an email letting me know that my information was received, they had a few questions I needed to answer, to help the LookOptic Team work with me. In that moment, i was happy for the prompt communication! Then, I was informed that the warranty was being honored completely, as I had asked what I owed to have my readers replaced, as it has been over 90 days. To my complete pleasure, my readers were in the process of being replaced at no additional charge! These are my absolute favorite readers, as they are stylish and comfortable!!! And You guys are 100% Excelling in Customer Service!!! I am immensely impressed with every aspect of business with LookOptic!!!! Best Experience Ever!!! I received my sunglasses, and after a few weeks, one of the screws came loose and wouldn’t tighten. I got a timely, concerned email response from Andy and LOOK shipped another pair right away. Great job!
Although the reading glasses that I purchased from Look Optic cost more than any others that I’ve ever bought, they are worth the price. The quality in the feel and vision is immediately obvious. The lenses are accurate and quite good. The frames feel light but simultaneously are strong. They feel great in place too. I’d buy another pair … but with this quality probably won’t have to for a long time!
Update 2: after seeing this review they did refund the entire purchase. There should have been an option on their return form to discuss the return. The glasses were warped. Update: after getting my refund it was actually the $8 plus taxes that they kept from my order. Almost $20 to “try” their glasses. Shipping was fast but the glasses are unusable. The part where it’s magnified is all distorted and worse than my regular vision. I have dollar store magnifiers that work better. Yes I have to look over them or take them off to look up but they’re a couple dollars not $100. THEN to add insult to injury their “don’t fear the fine print” guarantee costs you $9 for a return. I wanted these glasses to work but I have to be able to see using them. Wow.

The customer service is FANTASTIC. I worked with Andy to help me locate my package. He was quick to reply amd completely resolved my worry and the mailing issue., which was my fault not the business. Within minutes everything was resolved and he was so kind. I will order again with Look Optic.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love Look Optic! I own more than four pairs of their progressive glasses, and they’ve all been fantastic. They’re lightweight, stylish, comfortable, and the quality is excellent. Their customer service is outstanding as well. Highly recommend!
I ordered two progressive eye glasses. One worked, the other didn't. Andy made the return process seamless! He was quick to respond my questions and his communication was caring and professional. I am enjoying the pair I kept.
I love my three pairs of glasses with transition lenses! I like them more than my expensive glasses. I have them in sunglasses as well.
I love my new readers! Progressives made a huge difference for me, especially at work. I don’t have to keep pulling my glasses off when someone comes to my desk in order to see them clearly. There was a snag with the delivery of my glasses so I emailed them and received a response within minutes. They took care of the problem and I had my glasses within a few days. I’m very impressed with their customer service!
