I have at least four pairs of look optic’s glasses. I can’t say enough positive things to say: they are priced right, fashionable, lightweight, high quality and customer service is very efficient and nice. I rarely write reviews but had to take time to share my experience and hopefully someone will find their go to glasses. Tammy J🌻

These five stars are aimed at the folks who staff the Chat box. (If you aren't human, don't burst my bubble.) I had been hoping to score a pair of Shiny Pink progressive Abbeys the next time they became available, but by the time I got to the website and into Chat, they were gone in my size. BUT the folks who handle the Chat box didn't accept numbers on a screen. Instead, first one and then another of them contacted the warehouse and, over a period of 36 to 48 hours, one of them tracked down a pair for me. I know I'll love these. Now then, product developers, please come up with more styles for narrow to medium width faces. And in more colors, too.

Look Optic is exactly what I was looking for after my cataract surgeries. Their progressives give you a blank upper lense, and your reading RX on the bottom. So I can see well for my nearsightedness (distance) which does not need correction & farsightedness (close.) at all times. I love the frame selections, the sunglasses and some of the colors. I hope to see more colors become available, like red & fuchsia pink for the Laurel frame. The greatest part of purchasing from Look Optics is their customer service. I have needed assistance on more than one occasion, and their representative Andy, is the most outstanding face of this company! He quickly communicates, he is very knowledgeable, kind, professional and extraordinary in the field of customer satisfaction. If he ever considered for a promotion, now would be the time. (Employee satisfaction is just as significant as customer satisfaction.) Five stars for Andy who knows his products & how to treat his customers. He is the reason I give Look Optics five stars. Thank you for great products, and I look forward to continuing to do business with Look Optics!!
The progressives work great for me. They are comfortable, and I enjoy wearing them. One of the lenses started falling out a few days ago. I contacted customer service, and they took care of the problem right away.

People are constantly asking where I got them, and I always get excited to tell them about Look Optic. It’s a brand I genuinely love recommending! Recently I accidentally broke one of the temple arms, and I reached out where Andy took care of it immediately with genuine care and no hassle, processing a replacement right away without any judgment. It’s rare to get that kind of honest, thoughtful attention as a customer, especially when the mistake was on my end. Andy and the Look Optic team earned a customer for life. Highly recommend!

Scam company-AI ads and AI customer service haven’t been able to get my money back
I bought the progressive Muse in gold and gradient lens, and I AM IN LOVE!! The quality is fantastic. I can actually drive and read my navigation without the "granny readers on the nose" look! I feel like I got a fresh, youthful upgrade. I will be ordering more for sure! THANK YOU!
Look Optic pitches their experience as a "dont sweat the fine print" and "no questions asked" return policy. The problem is if you don't like the product they end up asking a lot of questions, then they try and give you a store credit 30% over what you originally spent... and if you still want to return after all that they keep $18 for themselves. If they had a great product then they would stand behind it and they wouldn't sweat the shipping costs for the few returns they do experience (and would take that risk to get their product into consumers hands.) I imagine they deal with ALOT of returns and try to make a little money on each one of them. The industry standard for online commerce is full refund with a shipping label sent to customer for return - a fully risk free trial. Look Optic refuses to offer that, which tells me they offer an inferior product with a high return rate.

Glasses allow for seamless transition from readers to no correction for distance. I can wear them all day without taking them off.
I ordered the progressive glasses in taupe. The frames were great but I needed a different prescription. I emailed and Andy emailed me back promptly! He was so helpful! I got his email with a QR code to start an exchange. I made a mistake and then needed a new QR code. I emailed Andy back and he quickly emailed me a new code to send the glasses back for an exchange! I’ve never had such great customer service! Polite, professional and efficient! Renews my faith! Thank you !

I've struggled with new prescriptions for decades. I knew reading script was inevitable, with my age, but I could never get distance completely right, and chose to take off my Rx glasses for driving. But then I tried these, and everything completely changed! I love these readers progressives! They are trendy, stylish, and I know longer have to change them for driving. I love Look Optics! They are a game changer! I'll never go back to expensive glasses I can't wear!
