LOOK-OPTIC Has Amazing Customer Service
I started wearing my progressives and have not had any trouble adjusting to them. I put my drugstore readers in a drawer and now have three pairs of progressives and get compliments on them all the time. You have made a good product.
Look Optic is the BOMB!
I purchased a pair of readers (Cosmo) and loved them immediately! Unfortunately the little screw that keeps the arm on fell out. I was so bummed but thought I'd reach out. I did and received the nicest email from Andy saying he was shipping me out a new pair! WHAT!!!??? WOW. What great customer service. Look Optic is legit - I'm a happy customer.

Excepcional customer service
I recently decided to add a couple more pairs of LOOK OPTIC glasses to my collection, and I couldn’t be happier. They’re stylish, exceptionally well made, and the perfect accessory for any outfit. This time I ordered a pair of sunglasses and a pair of progressive lenses, and I expect to wear them every day. After placing my order, I realized I should have also purchased a pair for a family member who’s started having trouble seeing things up close (she just turned 45! 🤷♀️). I contacted customer service, and they immediately added the extra pair to my order so I could still take advantage of the free shipping and discount. The whole process was quick and hassle-free. I can’t wait for my new glasses to arrive!

LOOK OPTIC Customer Service is sensational! I noticed a mixup in my order confirmation, and when notified, Andy got right on it and corrected it. I am not surprised. Everything about this company and its products is outstanding. I love their Progressives, and now that their most fashionable large frames now come in a Medium option, I also tried their Muse-M. I loved it so much that I had to order their Laurel-M as well. Can’t wait for it to arrive!

The glasses are so cute, but the glass popped out of one side very soon after receiving.

I love my glasses. They are better than my prescription glasses. I look forward to get another pair.
They don't return what you paid
I ordered a pair of readers and paid $60. They were too small/narrow. I returned them, and I only received $39 back. I regret giving them a try and have made sure others know the scam. I would NEVER recommend.

Exceptional Product, Exceptional Service
Once again, Look Optic's customer service team was very responsive, professional and offered great service all around. I had previously contacted customer service to request help ordering my favorite pair of glasses that were no longer available online. However, I failed to specify that I wanted the progressives instead of the plain readers. When I pointed out my error, I was quickly provided a label to return the 2 pairs and a replacement order was made by customer service, honoring an ongoing sale! Easy and efficient! I love my look optics and love that the customer service matches the quality of the glasses!

My experience with this company has been perfect. Their products are top quality, prices are reasonable and match product. They also have very good sales and nice discounts. I’ve only had my Look Optic frames for about a month. The company worked with me to get the right fit and style. Returns and exchanges are very easy. Ok will NEVER go back to regular readers. These are a dream!

Stellar Customer Service. One of my lenses in my favorite blue framed glasses (Cosmo Lake Blue Progressive) had fogged a bit. Andy Leary, co-founder of Look Optic, responded to my request, sent me a new pair the same day. When my package was 'late', I again requested assistance. The Team sent me the delivery driver's photo of where the package was left. Whoops, wrong gate, neighbor who picked up the package, forgot to tell me she had it. Problems solved. Thank you Andy and All. Great glasses and great service. My faith in business is almost restored.

Excellent service
I had ordered my glasses with an expected delivery by the USPS. Although they said delivered I never received them. After reaching out to Look Optic, they replaced the glasses and shipped them overnight. Not only do I love my new glasses but the customer service was exceptional!
