I ordered a pair of sandals UK6 and when they arrived they were a U.K. 4 I complained and sent all the relevant photos asked for. This company keeps coming up in my Facebook ads but think it is not a UK company. Just checked with Companies House and it’s not registered. The website address is Loomhy .com but on website their name is Loomhe. Probably Chinese / Asian company.
Always seeing lovely designs but they don't exist I think that they are a scam , also come up under different names
