This by far is the most customer service focused company I have ever encountered. There was a mistake with my order however it was fixed 100% without any question and I cannot stress enough what great standards this company upholds. If you want great customer service then this is the place to go. Thank you you guys are fantastic.

I purchased an emergency radio
I purchased an emergency radio, as we live parttime in FL. I googled this model & Lotz came up the cheapest. I called the company & Martin, the owner, answered. He assured me the radio was new & that shipping would be quick. He wasn't wrong! I have not gotten to try the radio yet, but I was most happy with dealing with this company & would definitely look for other products that they carry!!!

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! Martin and our whole team appreciate your kind words. We're glad we could offer you the best price and quick shipping on your emergency radio - it's important to be prepared, especially in Florida! We hope the radio serves you well and gives you peace of mind.
The prices I got for pepper gel refill…
The prices I got for pepper gel refill canisters were nearly half what others were advertising them for. They arrived promptly, and Lotz was very efficient in updating me on the process. I was nervous about ordering from an online company I was unfamiliar with, but I'm very glad that I did, and shall again.
