Tried to return a dress that my daughter bought me for a large instead of a medium but there was no more large I showed them the payment and reference number in my husbands phone but apparently I was over 7 days return and was now on day nine thought I could maybe swop it for something else they were just not interested just plain bad service never had that in Singapore before!
I ordered from Singapore and had a very bad first experience. When you order online you only get a voucher, that is valid for 6 months and only for online purchases... this is a joke! Then of course, you also need to pay for return shipping. I would never have ordered online if I knew of the voucher. Lost my money or need to order stuff again online :( So disappointed. Will be my last order.
