Missing parts, poor suction
Unfortunately I bought a cordless vacuum cleaner from Airbot because an influencer recommended it, on Lazada. It had a lot of good reviews, so I trusted the reviews. The suction is extremely poor and only got worse after just 3 months, so I needed to replace it. I reached out to customer service, they sent me a video of how to take the parts out and clean them all... and I realised some internal parts were entirely missing!! They sent me a product with missing parts. Lazada customer service unfortunately is horrible and won't help you if there is an issue after 2 weeks or more. Now they ask me to pay to get the missing parts. I will buy another vacuum cleaner from a more established and serious brand.
