Very slow I think they sent it by stage coach.... I thought I was ordering from a dutch company turns out it was from Hong Kong... The part was as described....update the water pump stoped working after 3 months great quality guys ...never again

Extremely long delivery time
I only found out the delivery time is more than 30 days until the order is paid. This information is mentioned nowhere. They should really give this information before locking in the order (irreversibly).

No e-mail
When I ordered this product I payed extra for a track and trace link, however I never received this. I never received a e-mail te confirmed my packedge Now I don’t know where my package is or when I’m supposed to be home to receive it. And I also didn’t get my overpayed money back.

I ordered a cable with USB-C/jack
I ordered a cable with USB-C and jack-end for my headphone. The cable transports no sound, so it is useless to me. Weeks on end I've send e-mails to know how to return the item and to get a refund. They still answer my mails, but with the weirdest questions, like send us a picture with the proof the product is no good. If someone knows how to proof the lack of sound with a picture, be my guest. I even made a video as proof, but it is too heavy to mail, so I sent it with wetransfer.com. Twice! They do not download the video. Meanwhile I get other mails like: "we're so sorry you didn't receive the order"?! Still going since 27/02/2023. I think they hope that I give up, as the cable was not that expensive, but no, I will not. They should not be in business!

I only knew the package would travel all the way from china after I ordered. I had to look really hard for that information too.. I wish the company was more transparent in this aspect. However, the package did arrive within a week I believe!
