I orded 4 solar led lamps. The packed that I recieved had only 1 piece inside. The question is, where are the other 3 pieces. It is part of my bad reading the advertisement, you have selection buttons for 1-4 pieces. It was not clear how to order the right ones. After mailing the compenany, the gave a refound. Scarf pin. Paid and never received while they said it was delivered. The chatbot cann't give you an answer and is referring to his colleague who is never there

I ordered a puzzle from this company through ebay. order number : 05-13596-13638 Their confirmation email came to the wrong email address. The order number is now not recognised by ebay and impossible to proceed with ebay not having a record of it. I was alerted to the problem when I received an alert that it would take a month to arrive. Their premises have an address in Gloucester which I assumed it would be sent from. Is this another chinese illusion?!

I placed and paid for an order at the beginning of march this year to Lovingprices, and in april still nothing! I have received two e-mails from Lovingprices: the first informing me that my product had been lost by the courier, but that they would replace the order. After another two to three weeks still nothing, so I again contacted them. This time they claimed the delivery man had met no one home, and that I had not collected my parcel in time at the pickup point, so the pakket was sent back. Always very friendly mail, however the explanations provided are highly unlikely, and I doubt that I will ever see my products or money. Since then I have also come to realise that they are also more expensive than the other two more well-known ordering companies. I would strongly advise against ordering fro this firm.
