I refinanced my home from a conventional to a VA loan. Start to finish the service was excellent, fast and efficient. Not only were they able to beat the rates from other mortgage brokers, they were able to beat my USAA insurance premiums for my home and auto. I didn't even think to ask if insurance was something that they provided. Highly recommend!!!!
I have had my mortgage and my refi done through Low VA Rates and each time has been great. Everyone I have dealt with through this company is top notch when it comes to customer service. Very personable and available for any questions you have about the process. They work quickly as long as you do as well. It is a true top notch team that help veterans better than any other company I have dealt with.

Best company hands down had some others who tried to “match” their offer but it was an overall higher cash to close. Other companies try to be slick and nickel and dime you but they will give you their best offer from the start.

We were new to the home buying process and panicked at one part and left to work with another lender. Matt Johnson was our loan officer and he bent over backwards for us and was extremely professional. He was able to get the us into our new home and saved us thousands on closing and other costs. Matt was there for us day or night weekend or week day and always made us feel informed and involved. With everything that happened through the whole process whether it was the Va or the building getting pushed back things that was out of our control Low Va rates always figured it out and never gave up. As a combat veteran this is the first time in my life I actually feel like someone appreciates my service and helped me and my family. We were very pleased with the whole experience we received from Low VA Rates. Our home buying journey was like a "roller coaster" and by the time we were introduced to Low VA Rates we were dizzy from the ride we were on from other Lenders. Low VA Rates was the last straw(so to speak) and we were at our wits end. From starting point with Jennifer Shebilske we were taken care of. If you are looking for an upfront, honest, communicative team to handle your mortgage needs look no further. We have used the REFI service with Rich and his team twice and never had any issues. Rich and his team are excellent upfront of telling you what they can provide for your type of mortgage and then they go to work for you. Rich and his team are always talking with you keeping you updated on the progress of your application and working hard to keep on track for your closing date. Rich has a great team that works really hard at keeping this application system moving forward and keeping it simple. We had to update several documents and Carrie kept the process open and really easy. Rich and Team are great to work with, if you are looking for mortgage options look no further!
