Blake worked very hard to get us approved and even got us a lower rate than what we were initially quoted. He would get 5 stars. We are giving 4 stars because the underwriter was beyond picky and we dont like that the loans are sold. Overall we are happy so far.

When I applied for refinance mortgage loan, Brandon St. Clair answered my call. I was very happy that he not only help me refinance my home but also consolidate my large debt w/ lower interest. What a big relief. Even though I communicate him w/ through online, or phone I found him very professional, respectful & trustworthy. He is pleasant to talk with, along with Rebecca Wardle. They guide me through the paper works especially I'm not good w/ computer system. I can easily connect with them almost everyday. They followed up my loan & update me accordingly. I'm very happy w/ the loan. I will grade Brandon, Rebecca & team "A". I'll be happy to recommend Brandon St. Clair & team to my friends who needs refinance mortgage.

Absolutely amazing customer service from Blake and the rest of the team I worked with at VA Low Rates! The previous lender I was working with were terrible at responding either through phone or email. I was able to easily get ahold of Blake and Carol through text, email and phone calls. From the very first rep, Ivan, the whole experience has been personable and professional. They got a good thing going at VA Low Rates, I will definitely recommend to friends and family!
