Would not use Low VA Rates again

Would not use Low VA Rates again. I owed $201500, on my loan I originally started nearly 9 years ago. When I was searching for a company to refinance with, Low Va Rates got my business By telling me a price that was nearly half of my mortgage payment. I of course proceeded with them. I just received my first mortgage statement from my lien holder - my new mortgage payment is $100 less than my previous, but I now owe $218500… So, for the price of nearly $18000, (much more than that after interest) they can save you $100 each month! What a bargain.
