Great quality product
This is my second purchase (watches 3&4) from Lucky Fours. Styling is fantastic, easy to navigate, etc. My only room for improvement is the Vantage presale code came out after the official 11 am launch, so it was a bit of "wait" before I could order.
The watches look very elegant
The watches look very elegant. They look like top notch watches without spending an arm and a leg to get them. I didn't have much patience waiting for them and I do apologize if I might have sound rude in any email that I might have sent to you guys. I was able to fix the watches to fit my waist without looking at the video. So I give you a five stars I'll buy another one or two. Like I said before I'm going to watch collector thank you and bless you.

Purchased 5 watches
Purchased 5 watches. First 3 were awesome, great quality. The other two, the bracelet and links were extremely saggy, loose, and stretched. This made the watches look cheap and made with poor quality. Extremely unhappy with 2/5 watches I purchased and took the chance to contact customer support to see what could be done. After explaining my situation, and sending proof via photos and videos, DELANEY without hesitation assisted me in replacing the the 2 watches I was unhappy with . She went the extra mile not just by replacing , but by getting the authorization needed for me to actually CHOOSE 2 different models of the same value. Less than 24 hrs later the 2 models I requested as my replacements were in transit! Completely FREE of any charge or shipping costs. DELANEY was awesome. My buying experience and my experience with customer service was absolutely top tier. Id give them 10 stars if I could. Most companies are not quick or eager to give out product to make one unhappy customer whole. But Lucky Four and their team didnt let me down. They were great. I will be buying again in the future to add to my rotation. You cannot beat peace of mind when making an expensive purchase. Oh and as for the other 3 watches that I really liked... they were phenomenal. Made with great quality and care. The bracelets and cases were great . Mechanically, the movement, time, dates, even the day....have all been keeping properly and accurately. The dials are awesome, the complications are awesome, sub dials are awesome. Double quick set is just a plus that you dont even have to pay for considering how great the price for value in the watches they make. Setting the watches and sizing/removing the links are super easy. Delivery wasnt terrible and didnt take long at all, packaging was secure and protectedthe product in transit. Thank you to the Lucky Four team you guys are great ! Michael B
