I love the 2 pieces I received thus far. They look like what you see online. They let you know upfront that they may be a little big & left a tool & video to assist you with adjustments! I didn't get it before I went out of town, but when I did see the product I was pleased. So far so good!!
I lost a peice and when I tried to contact them they never responded and I still don’t know how to fix it but everything else’s was great and looks very nice I wear them almost daily

Overall experience has been good. I like the QR code that shows you how to remove a link from the watch. I also like that they provided the tools to remove the links if necessary.
