One of the watches I purchased arrived damaged, and after talking to a customer service rep and providing some proof, they sent me a new replacement watch. Very satisfied with the experience.
Return Policy
Although I wish the return policy clearly stated the shipping charge would be tripled, then deducted from the amount you get back the customer service response was quick, friendly and helpful. I would have gladly done an exchange as there were other watches I wanted, but it was so costly to go with that option I decided on the return.

The watches are exactly as they’re pictured, not fancied up with photo enhancements or false ads, truly delivering the product as displayed before you. Had several people I never talk on my social media to ask me if they’re legit, but not once how I’m doing🤣

Although the end result was replacing the watch, I feel some steps were unnecessary. If you send a faulty watch and the customer just wants it replaced, replace it and require the faulty product be returned. Also, shipping time for a replacement is lengthy compared to many services in todays world.

Great company/business
Great company/business. Ordered the watch bundle, but had picked two of the same colour watches. Emailed lucky fours and literally within minutes i got a response from Mason. I had asked if there was any way he could find my order and change one of the colours. Wasn't sure what other colour i wanted as i wasn’t expecting a response. Told him to surprise me and he did! Cheers.
