The quality of the product it self is good for the price you pay but more importantly the customer is top tier, there were a few issues with my service and it happens but more importantly it was resolved and taken care of with urgency. I didn’t like either watch I bought on the Father’s Day BOGO. I also bought 2 from a competitor with a similar deal. I didn’t like their watches as well. The difference between the two companies is huge! Customer service experience at Lucky Fours was professional and on point. I received my refund minus a reasonable shipping fee in the time frame I was supposed to receive it. The other company has been nothing but drama. Lucky Fours on line shopping formula is what we expect and appreciate as customers. I would recommend giving them a shot at your business.
