My order arrived in a reasonable time frame, and the tea is nice. I think it has helped a bit with bloating but I have also been more mindful with my diet and exercise so I can't say for sure if the tea made a difference. I am not happy with the plastic teabags though, so won't be buying it again.

The Lulutox tea is very pleasant to taste, unlike others I have tried that I’ve given up due to the taste. The bags are easy to use and even after sitting for a while and going cold, they still taste good. Although I have not really noticed a difference in my general health so far, I’ve only been drinking it for a couple of weeks, so I’m persevering as I’m sure that I will before too long as I am drinking the tea rather than my usual coffee and snacks!

I had my doubts
I doubted Lulutox in the beginning if it would work. When I received my order and started drinking it, I could immediately start seeing the results the company promised. My mother has dementia and ordered tea from this company with no recollection of why. I had picked up the email she had received with the order confirmation and questioned her and she had no idea. I emailed the company immediately asking for a refund and for the cancellation of the subscription she had somehow managed to get herself . I explained she has Dementia and has no idea why she ordered. With the initial email which was the day after the order they told me they couldn't refund the order as it was already dispatched! Something I don't believe. I then emailed asking for the subscription to be cancelled. They sent me a link that only allowed to pause the subscription for up to 90 days. So I emailed asking to CANCEL the subscription as my mother has DEMENTIA. So far I've had three emails back suggesting I may like to continue the subscription. I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE CLEAR "I WANT TO CANCEL" MY MOTHER HAS DEMENTIA. This company is awful, they make cancelling difficult and even asking very directly for subscriptions to be cancelled as a result of a vulnerable person having dementia, they don't. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My mum and I wanted to try this tea so we bought from the actual website. There was a deal where you buy 3 bags and got 2 free. The deal was £39.99.
Before actually getting to the checkout, BEWARE, you get bombarded with offer after offer asking if you want to add other offers to your basket.
We didn't want any other offer, we just wanted the buy 3 get 2 free for £39.99 so I said NO to all other offers.
Finally get to checkout page which clearly states £39.99 I triple check everything (cost/name/postal address etc) and everything was as it should have been!
We were then charged £49.99.
I contacted customer services straight away and they basically called me a liar. They said the price of £49.99 would have been shown at checkout but I can guarantee it did not!
When I contacted customer services they said they think I would love the product. I asked for it to be cancelled and they said it had already been shipped so they couldn't cancel and refund. So they shipped within minutes????
We have received the tea and it's drinkable but I don't like it enough to buy again. It's very flowery in taste and not peach at all in my option.
Even if I loved the product I would not buy again as the customer service we received was appalling and I feel like we have been scammed.
BE VERY WARY WHEN CONSIDERING THIS PRODUCT!

I have not had a good experience with Lulutox
I have not had a good experience with this company whatsoever. They charged me for TWO items instead of one and also put me on an unrequested subscription basis which, however many times I have asked, they have not cancelled. Neither have they refunded me for the unsought 'purchase' amounting to £23.98. In today's budget-tight climate, I think this is very highly dishonest and immoral, plus I have not even received the tea! One of their excuses for non-refund is because they 'had shipped the tea immediately' clearly a fabrication.

Avoid using this company.I have had the same terrible experience as the person below. As I was looking through the website and considering an order I kept getting other offers flashing up . They were so fast and numerous I gave up and thought I had cancelled the order . I then noticed I had been charged on my credit card for nearly £60! I contacted the company and have been stonewalled ever since. . I was also told my order had been shipped and I had to wait to get it before asking for a refund . I have explained in every email I have sent that I want a refund. They have offered me a discount to keep the goods, asked me to send them photos of their products and packaging , which I have said I can’t do . They keep asking me why I am sending the ‘order’ back . Goodness knows when I will get a refund but I will be contacting the Trading Standards office as this is sharp practice.
