You must stop sending your products without the customers approving. I never subscribed to a never ending subscription. It is dishonest and bad for your business. I’ll never recommend your product to anyone, just the opposite I’ll tell them to never buy from you because you are not honest.

Can't get in touch with company. I have tried to stop shipments. They continue to be able to get my money. The tea is awful. I never been so sick from 2 packs threw the rest away. I am in process of changing banks at this time. It is a shame.i don't have an account number. I have tried to stop all this. I get no notification and the bank called me and you took 79.00 without approval. The tea does suck. It made me sick. I threw it in the trash. I don't want anything else to do with the tea. My accounts are now closed before you try to get any more money.

I ordered this expecting one packet but was charged for 4 which I received though I did not need them. I then quickly cancelled any further auto orders and was assured it was all cancelled. If I could give no stars, I would! The product itself is very good. After trying one pack, I ordered another three packs on special offer. I made the payment on PayPal and then they added another three packs, doubling my order and without authorisation. I contacted them within minutes however they claimed they couldn't find the order and a few hours later, said they had located the order and it had been shipped so they could not cancel. The shipping confirmation arrived several hours later. This is illegal in the UK and really poor customer service. i won't be ordering the product again
After their reply, i did receive a response from Customer Care and they provided a full refund. I just advise others to take care in purchasing

Bloating has been reduced and have started to notice weight loss after only 2 weeks. Tea is very good cold (iced) and helps with daily water intake.

I am certainly feeling more happy with my energy levels and I am experiencing a better sleep pattern.
