Luxe Decor uses a very professional trucking company to transport my chair. They made several calls and emails detailing the delivery process and made the delivery during the 3 hour window they advised. The chair arrived in perfect condition and was a breeze to assemble. It is a great chair. I purchased a Barcalounger from the Blair line and really like it.
Kelly was the BEST! Soo incredibly helpful, answered all of my crazy questions, helped me think about the possibilities for installation in the Loft, helped discern which color, stayed with me for over 30 minutes helping until I had everything I needed. What a professional and on a Friday afternoon too! Thank you so much, can't wait to get it home. :)
