Excellent Customer Service
Brandon Willoughby was absolutely fantastic to deal with over email after I received a defective item. He sent me a return label to send the item back and even went out of his way to talk to his supervisor and ship me a new item. Hopefully the new item will arrive and work correctly.

Both a manufacturers' site & a retail site with lots of choices
Happy to save some money buying a new, but obsolete balance. Has explanations. The "I'm not a robot" stalled. Website has a selection tool that is useful, but needs more variables to weed through the unusually large product lines. Not a lot of reviews of products, but got a good overall rating from Google's Fakespot.

Piza+25 scale for farm use
I needed a reliable scale for my small farm. The team at LW Measurements assisted me in finding the right scale for my needs and also gave me tips in storing the scale in the different environments I work in. The Piza+ scale has exceeded my expectations. It operates with ease, allowing me to accurately weigh my harvest and feel confident I am charging my customers appropriately. The hands free tare allows me to quickly work through my different produce and I love that I can wash it down without fear. The Piza+ 25 is certainly a high quality scale that has made my daily operations on the farm run far more efficiently.
