The hair company is starting to sound like a scam. I have been reaching out to this company for two weeks and still have not received a response about returning my product. We need to out this non US company out of business.
I am writing this to expose the continuous scam and deceptive trade practices by ISEE Hair [1]. I originally purchased a 22-inch wig with 250% density. Within just one week of use, the hair started tangling severely, matted like a bird's nest, and became completely unusable. When I contacted their customer service, they refused to accept a return or help me.I was forced to file formal complaints against ISEE Hair on platforms like the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Trustpilot to fight for my rights. Only after seeing these public reports did the company finally back down and agree to accept the return of the matted hair their retaliation and bad faith are shocking. As a replacement, they just sent me a product that is completely different from my original order and of significantly lower value. While I paid for a premium 22-inch, 250% density wig, they sent a hair that barely measures 16 inches—even when completely wet—and has an extremely low density (looks like 150% maximum, with completely see-through ends). To cover up this fraud, they intentionally placed this short, thin wig inside a plastic bag labeled "22 inches" to trick me.I am sick and tired of this garbage behavior. I will not be scammed twice. I demand that ISEE Hair immediately sends me a prepaid return shipping label so I can send this wrong product back at their expense, and they must ship the exact high-quality 22-inch, 250% density wig I originally paid for. I am updating all my reports and will warn every consumer on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube about their fraudulent replacement tactics.
When I first started buying their wigs some years ago, they were quite good and the quality was great. As of recently with my last two purchases, I have been very disappointed. First one, the wig looked great and the presentation of it + the gifts were fab but ultimately, it was shedding from the second I removed it from the box and just continued to get worse and worse and is now tangling badly and it has only been about 2 and half months. Their excuse was that apparently I wasn’t hydrating the wig enough even though I’ve been wearing AND moisturising wigs for the last 6 years and have rarely had issues. Now I’ve ordered another one and I had to “remind” them to ship it more than a week after I purchased it even though they claim to have fast dispatch times. Really just not worth it anymore and I’m super disappointed
Ordered a half wig beginning of April I haven’t even worn the wig for 2 months barely a month and i can tell its not going to last. Straight out the box I noticed that the hair sheds ALOT so be warned. It gets dry and matted very quickly at the nape of the neck and needs to be brushed frequently throughout the day. I’ve only had this experience with wigs that have synthetic blends the hair definitely isn’t 100% human as advertised. I have contacted customer service but have yet to receive a response.

The delivery was fast and the packaging was beautiful . Usually other companies just put in a bag and ship as is with some gifts they put in a nice keep safe box and bag as if I purchased from a store. The hair is nice quality and density and I like the skin lace wig looks very natural just wish the skin lace started at the hairline base. Also, the gifts were nice. Will order from this company again

I am absolutely in love with my Yaki Straight wig! I have to admit that i had my worries when i unpacked the wig, because of the HD- lace. I thought it wouldn’t melt with my skin tone and that it would be a tough process to get it to melt. But i can say with confidence that it wasn’t a hard job at all! The wig melted with my skin and everyone thought it was my real hair! The wig gives a silk press impression and I love that! ISEE HAIR, you did it again! Absolutely no assistance after I spent my hard earned money with your company. I still have not received my package and you have offered no help towards it. I am a single mother who literally cannot afford to spend another $100 and that wig was to attend my daughter's graduation. I am extremely disappointed with how you have chosen to handle this situation and will never buy anything else from you going forward. Order number: 16601749840 Date: April 07, 2026 I am very disappointed with my experience with this company. I placed my order on 07/04/2026, and as of today, 18/05/2026, I still have not received my package, have not received a refund, and have not received a real solution. The order cost 393 euros and was marked as delivered, but the tracking information shows that it was delivered to the wrong location and signed by another person. I have screenshots proving that the delivery location does not match my address. Another serious issue is that I was not sent the tracking number after shipment, even though I was told I would receive it. I had to find the tracking information myself through the website. When I checked it, the package had been stuck in Belgium for days without updates. I contacted DPD directly, and they told me to contact the sender because they would not take further action. I also sent the company the screenshots, tracking information, and the official investigation declaration form they requested. I even suggested that they try to recover the parcel with DPD and resend the products to me, because I genuinely wanted the items. But until now, there is still no refund, no replacement, no deadline, and no clear solution. 393 euros is not a small amount of money. After more than a month, this no longer feels like a simple delivery problem. It feels like poor customer support and lack of responsibility.

The wig is amazing, and I do not need to do anything expect wear the wig and the lace is not noticeable, also their customer service is good and supportive
