I had a really great experience overall. The quality of the hair exceeded my expectations—it is incredibly soft, lush, and the colour is absolutely beautiful. The texture is perfect and exactly what I was looking for. I also loved that the frontal came pre-plucked and the lace was already cut, which made it much easier to install. What stood out the most, though, was the customer service. Although my order wasn’t delivered within the original timeframe, they kept me updated throughout the process. I honestly started to worry it might be a scam, but they were transparent, explained the delay, and delivered exactly when they said they would. I really appreciated their accountability and communication, and I never felt ignored. The only minor issue I had was that the wig cap feels a bit small for me. I assume it’s designed that way to give a more secure fit, but I found it a little tight. It would be great if there were more sizing options or guidance for customers who need a slightly larger fit. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them. The quality and customer service were both excellent.

I am so disappointed

I have purchased two wigs from ISEE Hair (Order 16601652766 and 16601755353) totaling over €500. After my first order, the severe tangling started within just a few days, and I could no longer leave the house without carrying a brush. Because I saw nothing but positive reviews online, I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and assumed I just received a bad batch. I decided to order a second wig, but it has exactly the same issues. It makes me wonder if all those glowing reviews online are actually fake. The hair is advertised as high-quality human hair, but in reality, it is stiff, extremely dry, and matts constantly. I have tried everything to revive the hair: high-quality deep conditioning masks, leave-in oils, and even a fabric softener soak as a last resort. Absolutely nothing works. The hair completely refuses to absorb moisture, which strongly convinces me that this is a cheap synthetic blend rather than 100% human hair. I am strongly convinced that this company only sends their actual high-quality units to influencers for promotion, while regular paying customers receive defective, sub-standard batches. When I contacted customer service, they completely minimized my problem. They tried to blame my care routine and initially offered me an insulting €22.20 refund, which they later raised to €40. This is highly disrespectful for a total loss of over €500. Save your money and do not buy from this company. You will not get the quality you see on social media!

While I do agree that the product is good, the customer service is terrible. They will never admit that they made a mistake. I was incredibly disappointed because I have bought several pieces from them before. As a return customer that had spent a lot of money with them, you would expect to be treated better. I am still baffled how they got the address wrong. In order to use your credit card you have to have the correct address. The charge went through. The product was delivered to the wrong house! I called the delivery company. Because it was delivered to the address on the package, they would not accept responsibility. I emailed Isee several times. Each time either being ignored completely or told that I had received my package. When I explained that they had the wrong address, I was told that was what they had on file. I have never had that address. I have never lived there. I even tried to go to the address and get my package. Yeah, right! No one knew anything about it. I was so angry. It was a high dollar piece. ($259)I had purchased from them before.It would only take a bit of grace, a bit of research and replacing my piece. I am livid that they couldn’t/wouldn’t bother to extend me that courtesy.

Horrible customer experience/ Do Not Order

Horrible customer experience. Received only 1 of the 5 bundles I ordered over 1 month late. Had to order new hair because I never received the other 4. They told me I had to pay for shipping to return the 1 bundle I received instead of providing me a prepaid label. They told me my Incorrect shipping address is the reason the other bundles were not delivered, even though one of the bundles made it my address which proves I provided them with the correct shipping address. Had to dispute through paypal and still only received a partial refund. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Misleading Product & Poor Resolution

My experience with a recent order (#11100322435) was very disappointing. The wig I received did not match the advertised texture (kinky/yaki straight). Instead, it was much straighter and silkier than shown in their photos and promotional content, which feels misleading. When I contacted customer service, they were polite but insisted the product was correct and only offered a small partial refund (~$25). This does not fairly reflect the issue, as the item was not as described. What went well: Responsive and polite communication Fast delivery What went wrong: Product does not match advertisement Misleading images/descriptions Inadequate compensation offered Final thoughts: Based on this experience, I would advise buyers to be cautious, especially regarding texture claims. Unfortunately, I won’t be purchasing from this company again.

I received my product yesterday, and it is so beautiful. The delivery was quick, and my order was what I ordered. It's everything that your website described it would be. It is truly quality human hair, the density is full, and the length is perfect. I am going to share your site with all of my friends, and from now on, you are my go-to for my hair. Thank you so much for producing a perfect product, especially one that took our ears into consideration. I must have spoken your concept into existence. I often thought, "Why don't they do something about this band hurting my ears?" And you did. In addition, the draw string is an asset. I didn't think it would be tight enough, but it works great. Terrible communication

I would please like an update on the New In 99J Burgundy Burmese Curly Crochet Human Hair for Miracle Knots Plush Texture Time-Saving Wear #1B99J / Bundle Deal: 16 inch x 3 That i ordered on the 18th june almost 2 weeks ago. My order is still saying processing and i made sure I ordered way before needed. Communication is very non existent. Wig was very thin. Paid over $500 and had to buy 2 bundles to fill it. Very disappointed with iseehair as the hair that is advertised isn’t what I got. Really thought with the review it would’ve been better. To add to that it wouldn’t let me post my review on the website. I’m starting to think that the reviews are fake

Bought the Kinky Curly Highlighted half Wig it’s absolutely lush. ISEE packages the hair really well and the freebies are really good and useful, I love the fact they include a cute pink bonnet in there too.

TERRIBLE HAIR AND RUDE COMPANY. I haven't met anyone with a good experience with them so they are definitely deleting reviews. The worst wig I've ever received, I ordered 24" and received 20". Wore it once and it immediately matted, and sheds whoever you try to brush it. Customer service was so unhelpful, first they insisted I didn't take care of the wig properly, even though I am a hair stylist, then they only offered a partial refund or a voucher, even tough I had had the wig for less than 30 days and raised the refund within 30 days of receipt, so under UK Consumer Law I am entitled to a refund because I was sent a faulty product and it's the wrong length. Now I have to file a dispute through my bank to get my money back since they refuse. Save your money and buy from somewhere else Edit: they asked me to update my review with my order number so they can help. Order number is 16601793332. They also asked me to email them. I already did email them and they were the ones who told me they won't refund my order, hence why I had to file a bank dispute. They're clearly just saying this publicly so they seem helpful. I will update my review if they actually respond and fix the situation.

This company has exceptional customer service. I wanted to know about the delivery times and they communicated from the day I sent the message to the day I received the hair. I have ordered multiple units from Isee Hair and I've always been pleases with the product. I usually require a smaller cap size and they have now revamped the caps! The caps are now equipped with not only combs, but also a drawstring! Just when I thought the quality couldn't get any better, the fit of the wig is absolutely perfect now. I have never had a wig with that perfect fit until now! You can literally just put this on and go. People ACTUALLY think this is my hair because the hairline is so natural.
